Yep, these templates from Chris' VIP Essentials/Site Layouts that Sell package are top notch. I haven't tried them on a WordPress blog yet but I have used the Xsitepro templates. I set up three sites and two of them are performing great. The second one I still need to tweak a little, but I expect great things from it over time. The Conduit Method that Chris teaches is lean and powerful and if you're looking to get into affiliate marketing conduit sites are a super place to start.
